Brands marks NPB do not participate in AASRA. Any requests including Security should be directed via their website. As the Scheme Adviser AASRA provides current subscription information and links to resources for each brand. AASRA does manage complaints for non-participating brands. If after contacting the brand's support you are unable to resolve your issue file a Missing Information Report on the AASRA home page.
