AASRA does manage the complaint process. If, after contacting the brand’s support you are unable to resolve your issue, you can file a Missing Information Report (MIR) on the AASRA home page.

Navigation of the Lotus Cars site is unique as they are a low volume manufacturer and some of their vehicles are sold for racing. There is mostly complete information and tool offerings for vehicles built 2007 up. You will need a free registration prior to subscribing. You can search for documents from the home page.

 

Engine Software Note:

Production* engine management and ‘Pass-Thru’ software is available for all applicable 2005 model year onwards.

*The programs available to purchase are the latest level of the production software files installed in the vehicles ECM (Electronic Control Module) at the time of vehicle build, therefore it is important to confirm that vehicles ECM software or powertrain assembly has not been subject to any modifications or upgrades (such as authorized Motorsport enhancements or officially authorized Aftersales supercharger fitting kits) which may be overwritten if the original files are reinstated. Note: ECU calibrations are visible with Mode $09 (Toyota powertrain)
