AASRA does manage the complaint process. If, after contacting the brand’s support you are unable to resolve your issue, you can file a Missing Information Report (MIR) on the AASRA home page.
To request access to any level of information for our product, please email Ausr2renquiries@smil.com with the relevant information. Include your full name, email address, phone number, business name and ABN and any relevant certificates and clearances as applicable (safety / security).
