AASRA does manage the complaint process. If, after contacting the brand’s support you are unable to resolve your issue, you can file a Missing Information Report (MIR) on the AASRA home page.
MG Motor is an EV vehicle manufacturer; therefore, an EV qualification certificate is required to access all service information regardless of whether the vehicle is EV or not
(safety).
MG Motor parts information / EPC (electronic parts catalogue) is accessed with a Service Now account – refer to the “software” section below.
To request access to any level of information for our product, please email austechnical@smil.com with the relevant information. Include your full name, email address, phone number, business name and ABN and any relevant certificates and clearances as applicable (safety / security).
