This page provides information on accessing the Ford Diagnostic Software System for programming tasks. You must have proper credentials to access security and EV resources.

Ford Diagnostic Software is available to download via the Ford Service Info website under the Diagnostic Tool Support menu, however if you wish to gain access to the system, you will need a Diagnostic Software License Key (SLK). It is also important to note you will also require a Ford Service Info account and subscription – an SLK will not work by itself, you will be prompted to also enter your Ford Service Information login details to enter the system.

Mechanical key codes can also be requested on a per vehicle basis via the Security Request menu option by AASRA Vehicle Security Professional Credential holders.

If you click on the ‘Diagnostic Tool Link’ below, this will take you directly to the Ford Rotunda website where you can purchase diagnostic equipment and Special Service Tools. When in this site, to navigate to the Australian portal please click on ‘My Preferences’ and choose Australia as your country.

Note: Most diagnostic tools are currently on back-order world-wide. Any purchases made through this site may experience some delays.

72 hr Diagnostic Software License Key (non-security) (SLK)

You may only purchase these SLK subscriptions if you are, at minimum an AASRA Base technician you will not be able to perform key programming functions with this version of the SLK. Ford will provide the additional security feature to AASRA members who possess the Vehicle Security Professional credential. If you wish to have key programming capability at an AASRA Security Professional level, you will also require an additional security level login, which Ford will also provide with the SLK. Ford do not have Immobilizer Codes in Australia, as the SLK license covers all key programming functions through the system.

For a 1 day (72 hour) SLK security level access. Purchase a SLK through the AASRA security request.  For security you have 3 options Select Key Code ($25) or key code and SLK ($65) for Immobilizer only without key code ($40). If you have purchased a SLK we will then release this to you via your AASRA email with full SLK activation instructions.
